Sales Support and Account Manager

The role:

We are looking for a sales support and account manager role. If you are a high energy, multitasker and independent thinker, this is the job for you. You will be working with clients world wide with high potential for growth. This role includes prospecting, product demonstration, sales contract and post sales support. You will be working directly with the Alchemy sales staff as well as Alchemy clients. Main responsibilities:

• Prospecting key decision makers at various banks, fintechs and merchants
• Conduct product demonstrations and schedule demo calls and video conferencing
• Follow up contacts and contract negotiation

Success criteria:

• Type A personality and extroversion is a must
• Must have a winning attitude and not afraid to hear “No”s
• Must be a team players and be empathetic
• Must be able to work with international clients across all time zones. US, Mexico, Asia.

Experience requirements:

• No degrees required. Must be street smart and ultra professional
