Alchemy Technologies, Irvine, CA, an award winning FinTech infrastructure company, welcomes software engineer, Bob Gao to our Plano, TX office.

Bob worked at Alchemy during 2019-2020 as a software engineering intern while completing his Masters Degree in Computer Science at University of Texas at Dallas.

Upon graduation in May 2021, Bob signed up with Alchemy as a full time software developer. We couldn’t be happier to have Bob back on the team again and working on a few important platforms in the point of sale financing and buy now pay later platforms.

Bob has a computer science bachelors degree from University of Texas at Dallas as well. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in May 2019 and his Master’s degree in 2021.

Internship:

While completing his computer sciences degree, bob worked at Alchemy in both Utah and Dallas office. He worked with senior developers and quickly learned the trick of the trade and started projects independently. We had a great experience working with Bob. He’s business acumen, work ethic and his ability to analyze complex situations is highly respected.

Current Role:

Bob is now working on our new generation of Buy Now Pay Later and Point of Sale financing systems. He’s currently focused on customer service workflows and features for our health and beauty division. He’s also serving as a junior architect on several other projects where he’s helping new engineers to get engaged.

Bob is always willing to help other and jump in where he’s needed.
